How to edit Covid-19 section on the form templates
This video will show you how to edit the new Covid-19 appointment guidance section on the form templates.
To update your form templates to the new appointment guidance section you will need to go to the Form Manager, then click ‘Add Template’.
Please note: If you have already edited your templates then these changes will not be carried across to the new version and you would be better off editing the Covid-19 screening section on your current templates instead of updating to the new versions.
Tick the templates you want then click ‘Add Forms’.
Once the templates have been added go back to the Form Manager then click ‘Edit Form’ and select the form from the dropdown. The most recently added templates will be at the bottom. Then click ‘Edit Template’.
From here you can view the form and go to the last page to review the new Appointment Guidance section.
To remove it, simply click on ‘Delete’ next to the fields. To make amendments, click on the ‘Edit’ button and make the changes. When you’re done click on ‘Save Changes’, then ensure you save the template as well.
