You can create folders and sub folders for your clients within the system and form templates can be set up to automatically move into a specific folder on submission. This helps to organise your submitted forms for quick and easy access. By creating folders and sub folders the system will automatically file the forms for you!
When a form is successfully submitted to your account this is classed as a Submission. The form can be any size and number of pages and can be submitted by multiple parties. Each submission equals 1 credit.
Setting up form naming will help you to identify your forms once they’ve been submitted. You can set up by Client Name, Form Name or even by Salon Location, Therapist Name etc. Watch this short video to help you set up form naming!
