This is a short tutorial video showing you how to use the Load/Save feature on your forms.
The Load/Save feature can help minimise loss of information on a form if the web browser refreshes itself, or if the person filling out the form needs to take a break.
Firstly, you will need to turn the feature on for the form and to do this you’ll need to go to Form Manager / Edit Form / Select the form / Form Settings / Advanced / Tick ‘Add Load/Save Options to the webform’ / Save.
Now that you have the feature turned on, go to View Form / In the left-hand menu you will see the ‘Load’ and ‘Save’ buttons / Fill out some information / Click on ‘Save’ / Refresh browser / Click on ‘Load’.
You’ll see that the information has been temporarily saved to the browser, meaning that you can load it back onto the form instead of having to fill it out again. The important thing to remember is that the form will not ‘auto-save’ the information for you, you will need to manually click ‘Save’ each time you want to save the information.
